People are friendly, speak English, and the prices are great. Cappucino was about $2 and very good! The pastries were excellent. It was a wonderful place to have coffee and sweets in the morning. Many locals come by as it s right at the bus stop, so it can be busy. I always saw plenty of places to sit inside, however. The pizza was also good and a good value at $6 for a large portion that made a nice snack for 2 people.

Already the second morning they knew what we would like and served it even though it wasn’t really in the coupon package. Lovely atmosphere, even if very busy with people stopping for a quick coffee. The kids liked it too! And they’re a tough crowd to please.

Drinks, coffee, croissants, panini and some prepared food are decent and reasonably priced. Good for a quick bite for breakfast or lunch. Very fast and helpful service. We went a couple of times, for coffee and cakes while visiting the area. It was good but nothing to write home about. But this place was a good choice to start out food adventure in Rome without breaking our bank. We spotted countless tourists on a budget like us. Try it if you walk around San Giovanni Basilica.

Service was very good and server was friendly. Definitely a must go place!
