Amazing little place off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly. The menu was hand written and not overly large. We had the fried fish platter. It was delicious. We also had the prosciutto and Melon. Worth a visit!
Me and my friends always go to this place to come together. the owner knows us and is friendly. He will open a restaurant in China I heard.
Very good coffee, a perfect cosy place to sit, nice and good food, friendly staff. Thanks for passing this place
We had a great time there. no tourist, just locals, amazing! service was great, good cocktails and warm atmosphere. highly recommend.
This is the WORST restaurant I ever visited! Me and my friend ordered a gnochetti and a lobster with vegetables which on the menu said 15 euros per 100 gram and that’s exactly what we ordered 100 gram (15 euros charge). After which the manager comes up and says that the type of lobster on the menu isn’t available and I will make another lobster, which we confirm. After we finish our lunch the manager brings the bill that says 50 euros for the lobster. I start asking him questions as to why the menu said 15 euros and the bill says 50 when I asked for 100 grams no more no less, which he tries to explain in Italian language that I don’t speak. I am telling him that this is not what I asked for and you should have warned me about the price if the size and type of lobster you brought was different than that in the menu and that I don’t want to pay that price for this dish. Now to which he says: I AM CALLING THE POLICE and starts asking his employees for “POLIZIA!!!”. We ended up paying the bill and leaving this place with the worst experience I ever had in my life. THE WORST PLACE in Rome that I have ever been to, or anywhere else. As we leave the owner says that “hey this isn’t a tourist restaurant its for Italians”, maybe that explains why this place is always empty with no more than 1 table full. If the owner is reading this, I hope you enjoyed your stupid 50 euros it was never about the money.
