The waiter, Alfredo, was agressive. He wanted to us to order at least three courses. He screamed at my mother and me in Italian, and even followed her to the bathroom. I asked to speak to the manager, but while I was trying to explain, the waiter continued yelling. The manager didn't seem to have any kind of authority over him.
