The cocktails are really good and the products they use for the aperitif are also really high quality. Honestly, until tonight it was my place of choice, but after seeing the barman handle the money and then, without washing her hands, chop the mint by hand and take the lemon with her fingers to put in the cocktail, I was really disgusted. In a business of this type, hygiene should be a priority. And for activities of this type, if it really bothers you to wash your hands, there are tongs. Sin.
