We ordered a Carbo burger, a deconstructed... read more After seeing countless Instagram posts, I took advantage of a short stay in Rome to try Eden, the pistachio paradise. We ordered a Carbo burger, a deconstructed Carbo pistachionara, and two warm pistachio-filled cakes: everything was delicious, with well-balanced ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We were very satisfied.
