The view from roof top is amazing. The staff there was nice. Inside restaurant was not very friendly towards us and felt like a different location. Luogo stupendo, personale professionalmente preparato, gentile e efficiente. Cibi squisiti e preparati con cura, una vista strepitosa sul tramonto divino di Roma.
Posto panoramico, cibo molto buono, servizio di classe, buoni vini...
Buon ristorante all'ultimo piano del The Pantheon Hotel. In parte è legato allo stellato Idylio, ma propone una selezione bistrot con menu più semplice. Questo è limitato nelle portate e molto interessante su antipasti e primi, alquanto tradizionale sui secondi (non ho provato i dolci, che sono una selezione abbastanza classica). Eccellente la burrata pugliese dell'antipasto, proposta con pane carasau. Autentici e senza infingimenti i primi provati, ossia una vellutata di ceci e funghi e gli spaghetti al ragù d'anatra. La carta dei vini è ampia e alla mescita propone anche qualche naturale interessante. Personale caloroso e molto gentile. Segnalo che di inverno la pizza non è proposta.
