We noticed this place as it was just around the corner from where we were staying and we decided to eat here on the spur of the moment one evening as it was rai... read more We noticed this place as it was just around the corner from where we were staying and we decided to eat here on the spur of the moment one evening as it was raining! We arrived less than an hour before closing time but this was not a problem. We made our order, a seitan burger and a spinach burger, we were offered a small salad as a side to go with it which we accepted. A glass of red wine each had to be ordered as well! We got seated in a nice small area at the rear of the shop and had a nice drink and chat while awaiting our food. When the food came it was very well presented, the burgers were delicious and the side salad was absolutely gorgeous! Fresh, tasty and a perfect side for the burger. Easily one of the best meals we had in Rome and a real hidden gem. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

The menu offers healthy and tasty dishes, prepared with organic and seasonal ingredients. The staff is attentive, friendly, and ready to offer advice, making the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't go by because there's nowhere to eat with organic food. there the workers have veganized the salat for us. the burger was vegan from the beginning. the food was super delicious. super sweet last. worth visiting if they are near the Spanish staircase anyway.
