A formidable and jovial welcome, sincere, which made us feel well desired and put us at ease. from clotilde you breathe an air of home and are all wonderful: clementally, giorgio, cecilia, antonio and all the staff of room and kitchen. I think I ate the best lover of my life. but also the line of beef fillet, swordfish, tiramisu and semi-freddd to the crunchy and black cherry amaretto were all super good. elegant location with a style in line with the refinement of the kitchen. next time we will go to dinner and eat outside, in the square (cardelli,) because the evening atmosphere will be wonderful. right price for the raw material of first quality and for the maniacal care of every detail. a thank you all to heart. The received a VIP experience with the chef... read more This was my last dinner before leaving Rome after 11 days. We went for dinner to celebrate in my birthday June 3rd. The received a VIP experience with the chef joining us in pictures and serving us table-side. The Cacio e Pepe and Marguerite pizza was delicious. I was serenaded by the crew with an Italian version of Happy Birthday. It was such a great ending to my Rome vacation for my birthday!
