Probably in terms of guest relations the best level Ive experienced. The hotel and location was excellent for my stay, although there could be a couple of minor modern updates implemented, but not worth mentioning on here
I came to Hotel Fiumi with my wife for our honeymoon and was greeted by Simone. The level of care and customer service we received from Simone was exceptional, always happy to help and going the extra mile to make sure we was comfortable. I hope the establishment is aware of how good this guy makes is.
Hotel was nice but what made it more special was the service and hospitality Carlos at the front desk gave me and girlfriend. Not a single time we walked downstairs to leave did he not say hi with a welcoming demeanor. As well as give us recommendations on where to eat and most importantly made us feel at home. If you come here Carlos will take great care of you.
We arrived on the 4th of October 2023, we loved the hotel, Very well located 10 min from the Termini station on foot, very clean, the clean and welcoming rooms, we had breakfast, the whole buffet very good and super good the coffee-late that prepared the waitress us every super friendly day and the very friendly reception boys all!!! The Argentinian boy loved and thanks to him we discovered the Tiberine island that was the only thing left for us to see grazie mille per tutto, we will come back!!!! A greeting from Valencia, Spain
We stayed at Fiume Hotel for a week. The room was clean with good air conditioning. The breakfast was very good. Very good location. Special thanks to the hotel staff reception very helpful. I definitely recommend it. Very nice impression.
