They offer a variety of Roman dishes, from classic carbonara to saltimbocca and involtini. I also recommend the side dishes; I tried the puntarelle and endive, and they were superb! The desserts were also excellent; the biscuits with wine were highly recommended! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, and the waiters are quite fast. The tall, skinny waiter in particular was very professional, explaining each dish to us and helping us choose. Very fair prices. Well done!
