Grande conoscenza dei prodotti Emilia-Romagna la parte bancone riserva meraviglie per i salumi! La cucina invece è un trionfo vero perché lo chef protegge le sue scelte è giovane ma ha grande talento! Ogni piatto scelto compresa la frittura di moscardini (polipetti) è stato cucinato a dovere, servito in modo corretto e presentato bene!
