Grande conoscenza dei prodotti Emilia-Romagna la parte bancone riserva meraviglie per i salumi! La cucina invece è un trionfo vero perché lo chef protegge le sue scelte è giovane ma ha grande talento! Ogni piatto scelto compresa la frittura di moscardini (polipetti) è stato cucinato a dovere, servito in modo corretto e presentato bene! Great knowledge of Emilia-Romagna products, the counter part reserves wonders for cured meats! The kitchen, on the other hand, is a real triumph because the chef protects his choices, he is young but he is very talented! Every dish chosen including the fried baby octopus (baby octopus) was cooked properly, served correctly and presented well! Plus, the place has a nice modern decor, the customers are hip, and the plates they serve are really tasty. Icing on the cake, the prices of the wines are truly honest.
