Everything refers to recycling and environmental respect: the room is harvested and has shelves and flower pots obtained from the wooden fruit boxes, the water bottles are strictly glass and the dishes are composed of a material of vegetable origin. This attention is also transmitted in the recipes themselves: mainly vegetarian dishes with organic ingredients and aromatic herbs grown by them and prevalent use of vegetable proteins such as chickpeas, lentils etc. Normal portions and excellent flavors, with a particular variety of aromas of the region.
