Primo, servizio comple... read more Ero cliente fissa di Arashi, ci vado da 5 anni. Ma recentemente, nonostante il sushi sia buono, e diventata un esperienza insopportabile. Primo, servizio completamente fuori da questo mondo. Abbiamo chiesto se si poteva ordinare un bicchiere di vino e hanno detto no, solo bottiglia. A fine serata chiediamo al supervisore che mi dice che non sa di cosa stia parlando e si poteva. Er a cena con mio padre e io il mio sushi lo ho finito primo che a lui glielo portassero (30 minuti). E quando chiedevamo dicevano che lo stavano preparando anche se le 6 persone che sono arrivate dopo di noi le hanno servita prima di mio padre. In piu, chiesto un mix di gunkan, ho chiesto che gunkan ci stavamo e mi hanno detto una risposta completamente sbagliata che dopo io controllando ho cambiato, e non mi hanno neanche chiesto scusa. Non ci tornero mai piu. Ci sono tanti altri sushi a Roma, buoni lo stesso, meno cari, con servizio migliori. I used to be an habitual consumer, first went to this restaurant 5 years ago when it opened, but now service is horrible. Firstly, we asked if we could have a glass of wine they said no and then when I asked the manager at the end she said she didn 't know what I was talking about. Then, I was having dinner with my dad, his food arrived after I finished mine and after other 6 people who had arrived after us had been served. When we asked what was going on, the waiter was incredibly disrespectful. The people don 't know the menu enough, which I do cause I 've bee going for 5 years, and instead of saying 'i don 't know ' to answering the basic questions they literally give rong answers so you end up ordering something you hate. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. There are a lot of better sushi places in Rome.

Food is all Oriental...be it Japanese, Chinese, Singaporean, Thai.....but genuine. Only problem is that there is a big turnover of the young boys and girls serv... read more Food is all Oriental...be it Japanese, Chinese, Singaporean, Thai.....but genuine. Only problem is that there is a big turnover of the young boys and girls serving at the tables that it is hard to communicate with them......some understand Italian very well, some don't. But as long as the food is good and you can point it out on the menu which comes with pictures of the dishes who cares ? For people like us who hate to go all the way into the city, this place is heaven sent.
