Balisimo.......T bone steak for €20. Cooked to perfection. Varied menu, however home cooked and traditional. Staff very friendly and helpful with their broken English. Highly recommended if you are staying close by.
This restaurant isn't in the touristy part of Rome, it's a little ways from the city where we rented an apartment for our stay but we found a gem of a place to eat that was just 3 doors down from us!! Amazing food, great atmosphere and the husband and wife I'm assuming they were married were so awesome. Didn't speak English great but just enough to know what protein I was getting with my meal! I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. They do t have a huge menu and they don't try to lure you in either. I sure hope I can visit Italy again because this restaurant will be at the top of my list for sure!!!
The menu is all written in Italian; however, the waitress( or owner? was really really helpful and nice! She not only translated all menu in English for us, but also recommend the food for us. The dish were quite good; yet, the price is really reasonable. And what's best was the atmosphere and the kindness of the restaurant!
Quiet place, italian speaking staff only. Food fulfilled our expectations, selection was rather vast, but in the end we were able to make up our mind and every person in our group was satisfied.
From always genuine trattoria...fettuccine made still by hand... to try.
