B... read more We were 3 people in a beautiful, quiet room with a sofa bed and queen bed. The room itself was well stocked and clean. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. Breakfast was excellent! The entire staff was helpful and curteous. Carla in particular was helpful, knowledgeable and an incredible multi-tasker. Will gladly stay here again!

Unfortunately our room was TINY, we stayed for 5 nights, during that time they gave us one small bottle of water complimentary (for two people) and nothing else. Bottled water in the mini fridge could be had for 2.50 euro. Breakfast was very good, but it should be at 14 euro per person per day. Staff was very nice but I would say there are many better options in Rome. They used to serve dinner in the courtyard, which was really nice, but no longer do. Our trip has taken us to Prague, Vienna, Rome, Florence and Venice and this was our one and only hotel disappointment. We will not be back.

The hotel i... read more We spent 1 night there with my 2 young kids. Location was convenient as close to Termini station but the neighborhood felt quite rough to be honest. The hotel itself was very average, service was not great the reception guy was not welcoming, a lot of stairs everywhere and very small lift so not recommended for young kids. Overall, it felt too expensive for what it was and would not return

The staff from the get go are exceptional, I can’t quite remember the mans name that checked me in but he was incredibly nice (Perhaps something starting with S... read more The staff from the get go are exceptional, I can’t quite remember the mans name that checked me in but he was incredibly nice (Perhaps something starting with S) Another member of staff that needs applause is Jasper, super sweet and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you as-well as Carla, a great personally to have behind the desk. The hotel itself is very well presented and stylish. Good location only five minutes away from the Termini station. I can understand there’s a few set backs with not much variety for the bar/restaurant but there’s so many restaurants around the area. In my opinion it’s just a place to put your head down in the evening so I can’t complain as nothing was a problem and the cleanliness was superb and that’s all that I needed. I would definitely recommend Hotel Alpi if you’re on a trip to Rome as honestly the metro system being so close and straight forward you’re everywhere in only a matter of minutes.
