I ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar a... read more This location is very hit or miss. Lately I've been getting a lot of misses. They have no idea what they are doing. I ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar and vanilla like I have done many times before. The girl was so confused and started asking me so many questions about it. Saying they don't have vanilla cream only the syrup...yeah I know just make it like you would a normal iced coffee and add the syrup. What I got looked like swamp water with sugar at the bottom with an absolutely disgusting taste. Another time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a completely different order. This location is more of an inconvenience than anything.

I had simply gone in to exchange a gift card I received fo... read more At the Dunkin' Donuts on Kirchoff in Rolling Meadows, I felt like I was treated as if I were a thief. I had simply gone in to exchange a gift card I received for Valentine's Day, but the money hadn't been loaded onto it. When I raised the issue, an employee—I didn’t catch their name—suggested that I might have swapped the receipt with another card I had. I want to warn others against purchasing gift cards here, as my experience might happen to someone else too.

Just two weeks ago, I drove up and was told they couldn't take any orders until 7:30 AM. Today, when I asked for a croissant stuffer, the lady acted like she had no idea what I was talking about—even though it's on the menu! It's absolutely ridiculous!
