Arby's - Rolling Meadows

I recently had one of the best cheeseburgers I've tasted in a long time, along with some delicious crinkle fries. The woman who took my order was very friendly, and my fries were served hot—definitely not cold and unappetizing! I will definitely be going back again! Best, Christina M. Matthews.

Arby's has really declined over the years, not just at this location but across the chain as a whole. During my recent visits, the curly fries have resembled nothing more than leftover scraps, and the rest of the food lacks flavor. The only reason I chose to eat here was that I didn't realize the Noodles Company next door had closed. In hindsight, I should have opted for one of the many other nearby choices. This will be my last visit to Arby's.

I just literally ate here. I order some buffalo chicken sliders and let me tell you they were the best ones I've ever had at any location. They were fresh and had the right amount of sauce. The gentleman at the drive thru was super nice and well mannered. If he isn't the manager then hopefully Arby's will make him a manager one day soon. Definitely keep him around. Never experienced this great service from any Arby's. My only complaint is the napkins were covered in Buffalo sauce but that's okay.

Decent location. I've only had old fries out of here a few times. Service is good.
