I believe this place is no longer called Parsotam, but it's currently the only Mexican restaurant in Rolling Fork. I was on a road trip with a friend when we decided to stop at Parsotam. I don't often get the chance to enjoy Mexican cuisine in Australia, so I can't consider myself an expert, but this meal was exceptional. From the complimentary corn chips and salsa we received upon arrival to our main courses, everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and very accommodating as well.

Is the differenc... read more The prices and the food just don’t align! I ordered the grilled shrimp salad, which was listed at $7.99 on the menu, but my bill came to $9.08. Is the difference just due to taxes? Additionally, the portion size was quite disappointing! I don’t normally eat a lot in one sitting, but I can honestly say I didn’t feel satisfied; there was hardly anything on my plate.

I never had to ask for a drink refill, and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly. The food portions were generous, and the quality was superb. While this isn’t gourmet Mexican food, it offers authentic, comforting dishes that are solidly prepared. For a restaurant in Rolling Fork, it definitely deserves five stars. Keep up the great work!
