This restaurant is a lovely spot for lunch. They serve delicious burgers and other midday dishes. The service is quick and the staff are very friendly. Don't forget to try their homemade desserts!

Appropriate prices. Great service. Fish lunch was hot, crisp, delicious. Salad fresh and beautifully presented. There were no homemade deserts, but cakes looked good.
Great food, friendly people. Penelope's is one of my favorite restaurants in Rolla. The pizza is great, the Greek pizza is wonderful, the Med inspired dishes such as the Souvlaki and chicken souvlaki are wonderful. Steaks are good and the price is right. Breakfast is good, fast and not too expensive. The owner is ready to do special enquiries, and precautions to feed my food allergy daughter what she can eat. You are not locked in the menu just ask if you want a kind of basic substitution.
