The website indicates that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 8:43, the doors were locked.
There is a serious issue with the management at this Denny's location. I've visited this restaurant multiple times, but this experience had the worst service I've ever encountered, and I will not be returning. We arrived as a group of six (four adults and two kids). While the restaurant was busy when we got there, it wasn't nearly as crowded as I’ve seen it before. Initially, everything seemed fine. We sat down, but then time began to drag on without anyone coming to take our drink order. After a while, we started to become concerned until the hostess approached us and said she would take our drink order since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Honestly, I still have no idea who our waitress was. After giving the hostess our drink order, we waited some more. Eventually, a waitress from another table came over and asked if everything was alright. We mentioned that we had placed our drink order and hadn't received any drinks yet, and we would also like to place our food order. She said she would locate our waitress. A few moments later, she returned with our drinks and promised to get our waitress for the food order, but minutes ticked by. By then, we had all finished our drinks, and another waitress approached to take our food order. Once again, I wasn’t sure who was officially our waitress because nobody had introduced themselves or acknowledged that they would be taking care of us. After a bit longer, our food finally arrived, but it looked hastily presented, and my toast was burnt. One of my siblings even received mozzarella sticks that had no mozzarella in them. I watched as everyone else started eating, hoping my meal would come soon, but after some time, I realized I still hadn’t received mine. I managed to flag down a waitress to inquire about my order halfway through everyone else finishing their meals, but she too said she would go find our waitress. We never received any drink refills. At that point, I decided I didn't want my meal anymore since everyone else had finished eating. When I expressed this, the staff simply told me they were busy. However, there were probably only seven tables occupied, and we counted three waitresses, a hostess, and a manager who could have assisted each other. We also noticed others around us complaining—one table behind us mentioned they had been waiting for 45 minutes for their checks without a single refill. They were understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, no manager came to apologize for the chaos; instead, we received only a 10% discount off the bill. The way this establishment operates is a nightmare—there is no organization, teamwork, or communication. Someone needs to step in and make some changes. Considering how much people spend when dining out, the least you could do is provide decent service. I had a terrible experience and will not return. I will also advise others to avoid this location at all costs; Denny's is no longer what it used to be.
This experience was wonderful. The waitress actually did her job. She didn't try to flirt with me for a tip, which was a huge relief.Parking: Was a little busy but still had plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu and colors for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheelchair accessibility.
