The young man who assisted me truly exemplified great customer service. In a time when many are quick to leave negative comments, it's important to acknowledge and praise excellent service when it occurs. Kudos to Panera Bread for having staff like him. They should hire more people with his positive attitude!

I got to keep the old sandwich, received a new sandwich, and also got two rolls for my soup. The customer service was excellent! I really appreciate it!
