I took my coworker there for his first trip there, he said besides the great sandwich, he was extremely impressed with how cordial the workers were. Keep it up guys!

Today 15 October 2022 I stopped by the Arby's in Rolla and as I was ordering,... read more I have never in my life been treated so horrible as I was with an Arby's employee. Today 15 October 2022 I stopped by the Arby's in Rolla and as I was ordering, a train was going by and police sirens was sounding in another direction. I couldn't order therest of my food until it got quite. The employee was rushing me and I forgot to tell her no Swiss cheese on my French dipsandwich. When I pulled up to the window, I told her about not wanting Swiss cheese and she started screaming at me that my foodwas already made and I should have mentioned it while ordering. I said to her that there was a lot of noise and she reminded meagain that she had already made the sandwich and I would have to take it. I handed her the money and told her that it would bethe very last time I would come to Arby's and she was screaming to the top of her lungs that I couldn't talk to her that wayover and over. Then she told me that I was not getting my food and slammed the window in my face. I was mortified by herbehavior and I am planning to contact the corporate home office with some questions. We have eaten at Arby's several times andmany other places. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have had a brain ruptured aneurysm and I did forget to tellher no cheese but it wasn't a big deal until she started screaming. No Arby's for my friends, family and and me. They are allhorribly upset with this situation.
