**A Burger Joint Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** The dining experience at this burger joint is a blend of nostalgia and disappointment. While many cherish the unique Maid-Rite sandwiches, likened to a sloppy joe minus the sauce, others are deterred by unappetizing smells and issues with food hygiene. The inconsistency in order preparation has left some patrons unhappy, contrasting with the warm service from staff who strive to keep the restaurant clean. While the ice cream offerings are generally praised, the overall food quality remains hit or miss. For those nostalgic for their childhood favorites, it’s a must-try, but be cautious of potential flaws.
The food was average. The maid-rite was flavorless ground beef on a bun that fell all over when trying to pick it up to eat it.
Was good food, the loose meat sandwich was a lil salty but over all it was good, I'll be enjoying it again in the future.
This is my favorite fast-food spot whenever I visit Rolla. I have many cherished family memories connected to Maid-Rite, and while the burgers are definitely unique, they're tasty and enjoyable to eat. The sides are consistently great, and getting some ice cream is a must. If you're in the area for any amount of time, you have to give it a try!
