D B Pizza - Rolla

TL:DR Small town pizza joint that feels like a small town pizza joint. Young but friendly staff. Boneless wings are nothing to write home about. Pizza was pretty good. Pretty thick crust boarding on deepdish. Came in here while in town for a conference at TMCC. Interior is about what you'd expect from a small town joint. Lots of wood paneling and pretty basic seating/tables which is fine. Most of the staff were high school students, but that's fine and no big deal. One of them was quite friendly and very apologetic to our table when they ran out of some of what we ordered. But I got some boneless wings and a small spicy hawiian pizza. The prices are super cheap compared to most city prices. I knew prices in Rolla were not going to be as high as the city, but they still shocked me with how cheap it was for how much food you get. The boneless wings were fine. Nothing I couldn't replicate with frozen boneless wings and some sauce at home. The pizza was surprisingly good though. I mean don't expect anything amazing, but it was still delicious pizza. It had a thicker crust than most with almost a chicago style type wall of crust around the edges. Good melty cheese, the spicy hawiian came with a few more meats than a traditional hawiian, but I am a ok with that. All in all, great little spot to get some local pizza.

They take forever to make your food. It took an hour and a half to get a medium pizza and 2 orders of wings didn’t even get the food all at one time it all came out at separate times. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
