I ordered a 20-piece special for my family, and after waiting 40 minutes to pick it up, I was informed that my order had not been completed because the person taking the order had not finalized it. When I inquired about what else was needed to complete the order, I was told to "calm down, it’s just chicken," and asked if I wanted the "damn chicken" or not, implying that I was being unreasonable. At that point, I decided I didn’t want to place an order at a restaurant that treats its customers that way. This was my first issue at this establishment, and I believe their customer service needs significant improvement.
