Hardee's - Feedback

What Shakeima Gatling doesn't like about Hardee's:
They don’t listen, my food is always wrong when I get home, then when I call back the manager is rude nasty. Asked me if I have a receipt I told her no she said well I can’t help you then. I come in because I found the receipt she asked me who I talked to? I said I believe it was you she said I don’t remember and I can’t remake your order.
