The sandwiches here are consistently excellent, and the waffle fries were hot and fresh as always. The restaurant's decor feels a bit chilly on a cold afternoon due to all the glass walls. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5. View all feedback.

I ordered a big frit, sprite and a big mac n cheese. there was not someone in the building that was older than 19. they were all fucked. a hired man has ordered a single grilled chickened eye, they laughed. You will respect to go to Chick-fil-A in North Hills be nice and clean the store was not.. and the manager was rude..
Great Chick fil A. Was busy... not as fast as others but great food.
Very poor counter service, at least 15 people behind the counter doing noting at 1:30 in the afternoon, and took at least 10 minutes to get my sandwich, much faster at a drive thru for sure. This restaurant in the past has always been fast as a manager/owner was there, but was very obvious that this person was not on site during my visit
This chick-fil-a location does a great job! I live in north hills and mobile order often here. They prepare the food quickly and is always exactly what I ordered. Do check the hours before you go, recently they have had to close early for a few months at a time because of lack of workers, but the app always tells you if they are closed!
