Olivine - Roissy-en-France

My wife and I were staying at INNSiDE hotel after arriving at CDG airport and had dinner here. The service was very good, and the food, salmon in this case, was very good for an airport hotel. Our rate included breakfast at the restaurant which had a big selection of all types. Really, a pleasant surprise.

Delicious food at hotel!?! Was staying at the Holiday Inn next door and already ate at their restaurant (ok) and then tried Olivine. Should have eaten here the night before. For a hotel restaurant at an airport, absolutely delicious. Had the gaspacho, which I highly recommend! Sooo good. Cheeseburger was a big hit. Poke bowl had fresh ingredients. Sauce (soya) could have been a little better, but if you put just a little, was very good. Had the steak (pace de rum steak), which had a great peppercorn sauce. Best of all is the nice chill vibe. Great music, great setting. Try it if your staying in one of the hotels nearby.

Unfortunately, the staff was inattentive at the beginning. We were given two drink menus and only one food menu. After minutes we asked if we could order something to eat. The staff preferred to look the other way or clean the tables. There were three place settings at a reserved table for two (and only two chairs at the table). The side dish was served long before the main course so that it was then cold. A servicechef is missing here.

This restaurant was amazing. The staff and particularly the barman really made the night. Food was outstanding and we will be back. The atmosphere was also wonderful.

Probably the best restaurant hotel at the kingssy airport. service is efficient, friendly staff and correct dishes. Can you try another time with a room?
