Shady location. I was in the dining area, then they kept locking the front door (fire hazard) saying they were understaffed while about 8 employees and a manager casually went about light work

Got barely any avocado on our avocado toast literally looks nothing like the picture). Hardly any pastries out, no tp in restroom stall, messed up our latte order. Panera has gone so downhill! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Place was an absolute mess, food all over the dining area, staff is too busy “goofing off” bathroom floors had probably just been cleaned but way too much water on the ground and no wet floor signs, also the attitude I received when I asked for a new cup because the one they served me was top down in a mess left on the customer counter is just unreal Service: Dine in

Concern About rude Manager at Panera Bread, Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA: The manager on duty in the morning(week days), who I believe is named Wendy, displayed rude attitudes towards customers. I observed her making offensive remarks and laughing at customers, which created an uncomfortable and disrespectful atmosphere. During mid-morning, their coffee is either old or the pot is empty, and you have to wait for a fresh batch. This, combined with the negative interaction with the manager, significantly impacted my experience. While I generally have positive experiences with Panera Bread, this visit to the Rohrerstown Road branch was highly disappointing. I urge you to address the issue with the manager’s conduct, as it detracts from the overall customer experience and the reputation of Panera brand.
