Concern About rude Manager at Panera Bread, Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA: The manager on duty in the morning(week days), who I believe is named Wendy, displa... read more Concern About rude Manager at Panera Bread, Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA: The manager on duty in the morning(week days), who I believe is named Wendy, displayed rude attitudes towards customers. I observed her making offensive remarks and laughing at customers, which created an uncomfortable and disrespectful atmosphere. During mid-morning, their coffee is either old or the pot is empty, and you have to wait for a fresh batch. This, combined with the negative interaction with the manager, significantly impacted my experience. While I generally have positive experiences with Panera Bread, this visit to the Rohrerstown Road branch was highly disappointing. I urge you to address the issue with the manager’s conduct, as it detracts from the overall customer experience and the reputation of Panera brand.
