What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
The staff member who took our order misunderstood our request, resulting in a stale bread that crumbled apart. Even after mentioning our child's allergy to mayonnaise and requesting no pickles, they still included them. Additionally, the fries were served cold. View all feedback.

Worst customer service. We had to drive around 2 times for our order. And the guy was so rude, he said drive back again and closed the window. After so much hustle still the order had few things missing.
