I’ve been to Culver’s 3 times since moving to Rogers areaI used to go to the Champlin Culver’s, which was always goodbut all three times at the Rogers Culver’s,... read more I’ve been to Culver’s 3 times since moving to Rogers areaI used to go to the Champlin Culver’s, which was always goodbut all three times at the Rogers Culver’s, my food was given to me right away, while there were several cars waiting in line. My food was cold, and the chocolate shake I ordered was like chocolate milkNOTHING LIKE I’VE HAD BEFORE! I mentioned this when I went back, thinking this was just a mistake, and again the same thing happened!! Figuring they hadn’t been opened long, I stopped there one more time, and explained what had happenedsame thing againthe chocolate shake was runny and terrible tasting..no thick shake there! I really like there burgers etc., but I’m not going againseems like someone from Corporate should go there and straighten these kids out! They lost a customer, no big deal to them, but the other fast food chains in that area are always busynot Culver’s though!!
