Matthews management are pretty rude people about refunds so I haven't been back in 6 months. Two different locations screwed me out of over $10 but you can't blame the staff. It was always good and on point View all feedback.
What Mr Rogers doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Everytime we have gone here the food was messed up and when we wanted what we actually ordered we met with extreme attitude from the young staff, lots of complaining about us right in front of us like we couldn't hear them when they were not but 5 feet from us. This is the cleanest fanciest McDonald 's I 've ever stepped foot in. Very weird experience haha. Has a play zone, very nice. Employees helped me asap.
It's a maca's. It's like most things, it's better in other countries. LOBBY CLOSES AT 10 PM
Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwhich inside the store. Watched a woman with children stand and wait 10 minutes just to order. They had no problem keeping the drive thru line moving or unloading their truck, though. Thanks but no thanks. Waited until we just gave up and were walking out the door to finally bring our things to the counter that they simply had 2 feet away in the back. I’ve worked fast food, it’s not that hard.
The service was fine, as far as drive thru goes. The one thing I was craving tho were HOT French fries but alas, I recieved luke warm to cold fries, that we all know are not good
