Andy's Frozen Custard - Rogers

We were in this Andy’s in the past and had great experiences. We waited almost an hour for a malt and a concrete. We usually go to the next in Conway. Tonight they must have had a night. There were many people working, but it was extremely disorganized. The orders were not delivered in any obvious order. No one could hear people calling orders because the music was so loud. The people who call out the commands were the same, the commands took Ann did not use the second window to hand out orders. These people need a trainer. Besides, no one wore gloves and the guy who poured the cream into the machine put his mere fingers on the inside of the bucket. The children touched their ears and faces and went on to make ice. I'm sorry to be so negative, but I love Andy's and this experience almost doesn't want to come back.

Fast, decent prices and good. It is not mind blowing or extravagant as some pictures it seems, but it is simple and well preserved.

Never disappoint. I've been here for years. Love it!!

Such a great experience at Andy’s. I parked and went to the window and was greeted with a smile. I don't wait long for my order and it was delicious. good choice!

It's always good, and service is up there... just pricey.. that's the only negative I can find...
