A bright, clean breakfast café marrying healthy, plant-based choices with hearty classics. Refreshing drinks and excellent coffee (tableside carafes) accompany avocado toasts, superfood bowls, hashes, tacos and sandwiches. Staff are friendly and attentive and service is generally fast at a convenient location. Orders can arrive unevenly—missing toppings—or delivery items have occasionally been burned, and a few dishes divide opinions, but the varied menu and caring service make it a dependable go-to for breakfast and lunch.

I've been on the hunt for a great breakfast spot since we relocated, specifically one that offers plant-based and healthier choices. I’ve finally found my go-to place! The Watermelon Wake Up drink was incredibly refreshing, featuring watermelon, pineapple, lime, and mint. I also tried the superfood bowl, which included chia pudding, granola, bananas, and fresh strawberries. It was absolutely delicious!
Absolutely fantastic! My fiancé ordered the breakfast tacos and thought they were decent. I had the farmhouse breakfast hash and absolutely loved it; the tomatoes were incredible, and the grits were excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of combinations available and how tasty everything was. Despite the busy atmosphere, the interior was very clean, and all the staff members were friendly and attentive.
This food was definitely the best I've had in the area! Our waitress was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend it – 11 out of 10!
Creative cuisine! Fun twist to juices glass lined with a sweet green minty sugar for pineapple. Decor country chic providing nice atmospere. Recommended!!
We visited First Watch in Rogers for a business lunch. One of the people in our party did not enjoy her kale salad. I, on the other hand, was pretty happy with my avocado toast. The service was fast and the staff was friendly and kind. I?d say the food was average but the service was five stars.
