Choosing from their unique signature flavors, paired with a wide selection of mix-ins and syrups, felt like a dream come true. The portion sizes are generous, and while it may be a bit on the pricey side, you definitely get your money's worth. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always welcoming customers with a smile. Every time I visit, I feel right at home!

I realize it can vary depending on the team working that day. On the bright side, the ice cream from their menu was exactly as delicious as I hoped. That said, the prices are a bit steep, which seems common nowadays. We used a gift card for this visit, so it didn’t cost us anything, but I’m unlikely to return soon. Overall, it was a just an okay experience.

One of the staff members, who had tal... read more I had an amazing experience at Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. One of the staff members, who had tall curly ducktail hair—I can’t quite recall if their name was Ashley or Ashton—was incredibly helpful. They listened carefully to our requests, were very polite, and even chatted with us about our day while smiling and joking around. I highly recommend this spot for its fantastic ice cream and excellent customer service!
