Even the manager see... read more We waited for a long time to order a pizza, but the staff member completely ignored us while chatting with a coworker about a fishing pole. Even the manager seemed indifferent to our presence. It's worth noting that we were the only customers in the place. We won't be returning here again.

The coffee s... read more I visit this store twice a week when I'm in the area for school. Typically, it's clean and the staff is friendly, but that wasn’t the case tonight. The coffee station was dirty and poorly stocked. The caramel bottle was sticky, and during my last two visits, it wouldn’t dispense anything. The music was too loud, and the clerk didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and barely provided a total during checkout. I'm really disappointed with this visit.

They close every night at 11 PM and stop accepting cash after 10:30 PM. I've been there for lunch three times, hoping to get pizza, but there was never any hot food available. On my second visit, the atmosphere felt off, and a staff member was wearing headphones and ignored me when I tried to place my order. When I asked for a cheese pizza, she acted like she had to think about it—it's just a pizza, after all! Instead, she made a pepperoni pizza, which wasn’t what I wanted. I ended up waiting 10 minutes, only for her to not fulfill my request. I decided to give it another try today, but once again, there was no pizza or hot food available.

He openly complained to customers about not wanting to serve them and criticized the cleanliness of the store, claiming he was the only one who cleaned. While wiping down surfaces with a dirty, lint-covered towel, he caused unnecessary delays for those waiting to pay. I usually avoid negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. If you visit Casey's, enjoy the menu and ambiance, but be prepared to overlook the cashier's unprofessional complaints.
