Itgenuinely took me a minute to realize he wasn't joking. I go there with my friend often every week for a snack after the gym, Weoffered to empty our pockets but he refused and kept saying my friend stole. Very bold accusation considering just taking asecond to use your head would disprove it

My experie... read more It has been six days and I still haven't received a response from corporate. The store manager promised to get back to me, but that has not happened. My experience with this store has been very frustrating. I typically load money onto my Chime card at Walgreens because it's free, but my son wanted to do it at Casey's. We purchased the loading service there, but three hours later, the money still wasn't on his card. When I returned to the store, the manager on duty was unable to either refund my money or reload it onto my card. She asked for my name and number, assuring me that she would call when the store manager arrived the next morning. Now, the next afternoon has come and gone, and I’m still waiting. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and despite my son getting his money back, it wasn’t through Casey’s. Shame on you.

The countertops were messy, and t... read more I visited Casey's this morning and found the staff, including the manager, to be unfriendly, with no greetings when I entered. The countertops were messy, and there were no straws or stirrers available for coffee. I ordered Casey's classic and dark roast, and it was unpleasant, tasting more like hazelnut than coffee. Each time I visit this location, I leave feeling disappointed, and I’m unlikely to return!

I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but it's important not to take personal frustrations out on customers.
