What Liu Zhiqi doesn't like about Restaurant Au Cerf:
We called to reserve a table in advance and was only told they don’t take any reservation. We had to wait upon arrival in the end. They didn’t apologise at all but seemed very rude instead. The owner or one of the waitress was extremely rude and she delayed our food serving time on purpose. We had three people and all get our main courses half an hour apart. The salad with sheep's cheese is highly recommended, the only negative thing is the rather high price of 16.50. But the portion is also quite large. The tarte flambée are thin and crispy and if you order it with cheese you also get a pleasantly strong cheese, and the garlic is also distributed in large quantities on the tarte flambée. As a dessert, the fruit sorbet is highly recommended, especially the mango and lemon sorbet. The 7.50 for the sorbet is definitely worth a try. We have dinner twice here in a few days. There are a lot of people and we can’t book, so we had to wait a dozen minutes for a place to get free. The service is great. We took a lot of hot pies that were very good.
