I was eating with my lifemate in the cuervo yesterday. the service staff as well as the food are just terrible! we got the card and then had to wait for about 2... read more I was eating with my lifemate in the cuervo yesterday. the service staff as well as the food are just terrible! we got the card and then had to wait for about 20 minutes until an operation came and pick up drinks orders. we got our appetizer and weren't even finished half of it and already came the main course, actually wait until the gast is finished with the appetizer and then asks him for a break or if the next course can come. as the main course we had burgers, the burgers were simply (sorry) inedible and absolutely tough as chewing gum. when the service came to clear the table she asked if it had tasted because not even the half was eaten up what I envyed, but with critique could not handle this lady, became directly pampigous! when the payment was due, the service hadn't even had enough money in it and went with my money to change it, here I had to wait 20 min until the money was changed, because she served other people in this time instead of giving me my refund.Result: 0€ drinking money left there, and learned that you can't go to eat here.
