It took 40mins for someone to come and take our food order. Only stayed bcos mother in law had been looking forward to trying the burgers here. We received the beers at 11.07pm, over 1 hour from when we sat down. The only good thing about this place is that the beer is cold. We were not offered bread while waiting. I ordered the Italian burger, meat was way too salty. Left over half of it as it was gross! Others on my table said exactly the same thing about their burger. Too salty. Tagliata was rare when we asked for medium. Had to send this back to the kitchen. Tagliere di verdure: Aubergine way to salty, why do they insist on over salting things, see pic no other veg just aubergine and salt everywhere.

This place charges London prices and is trying to be something it’s clearly not. These armatures displayed their lack of knowledge on catering, hospitality and service! They should pay a visit their competitors in town to know how to deliver better efficient service. Logistics and efficiency was poor, many customers left waiting ages for their food. No soap (seriously, in covid times! in the bathroom, no hand tissues, toilet roll hanging on the toilet brush (who on earth would pick that up! and no lock on for the toilet door!!! When asked how the food was, we told the truth, waiter was arrogant and unable to accept constructive feedback. Petulant waiter argued with my mother in law and shouted at her as he was clearly unable to express himself in an adult fashion. Worst restaurant and service I have ever experienced in my life! They do a disservice to Italian cuisine. Avoid, save yourself the awful experience. There are far better quality restaurants in town. The prices for the quality and service is a rip off. In my opinion this place would be a good candidate for Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants from hell.
