Our entire order was wrong—both burgers had ingredients we didn’t ask for, we got the wrong pretzel, the fried pickles were cold and soggy, and the mac and cheese bites were missing. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they were rude and unhelpful. We usually love Sheetz, so this was very disappointing.

Honestly, I found th... read more Usually pretty good, but tonight I placed an order and after waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were told corporate had shut down ordering. Honestly, I found that quite disappointing. I've never heard of Sheetz doing something like this before.
