A few friends and I visited the Rocky Mount location, and we had a fantastic experience. The cashier was incredibly helpful. The food was exceptional! I opted for the "pick two" option, choosing the apple salad with chicken (a half salad) and the chicken and pepperoni baguette melt. The portions were generous enough that I had leftovers to take home for tomorrow's meal. The kids enjoyed their food, and the other adults in our group were equally satisfied. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff was wonderful too. As for kid-friendliness, the sandwich sizes were just perfect for them.
This is a pleasant Panera Bread location, clean inside with plenty of seating available. I opted for a rapid pickup, and my order was ready even before I arrived at the restaurant. The iced coffee was a bit lackluster and felt watered down, but everything else we ordered was quite good. Overall, it's a fantastic Panera Bread with very friendly and helpful staff.
Manager/Owner? Gives Great service. Cleanest Panera Bread establishment I've seen. Food is Excellent. Came back a second time. Going back again.
Stopped on our way home from the Outerbanks. I would definitely recommend this Panera. It is a brand new location. It was very clean! Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. They had high chairs for the kids. This location also has private restrooms with changing changing tables. Staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Bonus points for being in close proximity to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and CVS.
