She was genuinely nice, pleasant, and very helpful without being overly talkative. This is also the cleanest location I've visited in a long time, which is impressive given that I travel frequently and often go to BJ's. My order was a special request, and there was no negative response like "we can’t do that." Interestingly, the menu board listed a pork chop biscuit combo at $0.00. I jokingly said I wanted two, and although they couldn't fulfill that, I appreciated their response. I could have complained, but I chose not to. I give the customer service at this location an A+.

Bojangles can be fantastic, but all the locations I visit have inconsistency issues. Their biscuits can be the best I've ever had or just average. The seasoned... read more Bojangles can be fantastic, but all the locations I visit have inconsistency issues. Their biscuits can be the best I've ever had or just average. The seasoned fries might be amazing or sometimes unseasoned and stale. The rice can be just right or dry. The tea can be perfectly sweet and refreshing or taste like it was made days ago. The chicken can be juicy and delicious or dry. Every time I go, everything is great except for one of these issues. Without fail, there’s always one problem each visit. I eat at Bojangles at least twice a month.

On the bright side, they gave us plenty of honey for the biscuits!
