It took right at an HOUR for 2 sandwiches ordered on the app. I ordered it at 5:17pm and my husband is just now walking out with them at 6:00pm. They weren’t busy at all. View all feedback.

There’s one employee, a young man, who is usually there when I go, often he’s working alone and he always looks like he absolutely hates his life, it’s pretty depressing. The last time I went and ordered a sandwich, during the entire process he didn’t say one single word to me. The less commonly ordered meats sometimes look old, disgusting, and off color. The restaurant is always a mess with food and trash all over the floor and tables. They’re often out of several flavors of chips and cookies. I think I’ll be going to the location on Roane State Hwy from now on.
The young lady behind the counter and she started my order and had to take care of the gentleman that was ahead of me and cked him out. She did not change her disposable gloves and proceeded to complete my order with dirty gloves and I stopped her and ask her if she’s ever heard of cross contamination. Especially after talking money .Not to start a big discussion I just left the restaurant.
