Ruby Tuesday - Harriman
Ruby Tuesday
Description
Ruby's Restaurant presents a stark contrast in dining experiences, drawing both praise and criticism. While some guests relish fresh offerings, like a fabulous salad bar and tender ribs, others report poorly executed meals, cold dishes, and lackluster service. Concerns about cleanliness and attentiveness further mar the atmosphere. However, standout servers have earned glowing reviews for their friendly service, creating a warm ambiance that some patrons appreciate. Ultimately, Ruby's appears to deliver a hit-or-miss experience, leaving diners to decide if the delightful items outweigh the unfortunate flaws. Consider your expectations before making a reservation.

We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from the mountains. While we were seated quickly, that was the only positive aspect of our visit. We had to walk over to the bar to make our own drinks, and the manager seemed more interested in her phone than in helping customers. To make matters worse, we paid $60 for food that wasn't prepared correctly. Unfortunately, my wife got sick about five hours after eating here. I would not recommend this place at all. Meal type: Lunch.
Great selection on the menu and reasonable prices. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
