Ruby Tuesday - Harriman

Came for fresh salad bar and was not disappointed. The manager Amber made sure we had everything we needed. Drinks were also delicious. Friendly staff and good food during the pandemic was hard to find. This RT has both! Great job management!

We visited on March 27 2022. We have always had a great experience when eating at this location. On this particular visit, Nikita was working 2 positions as they were short staffed. She was the hostess and our waitress. She was very pleasant with a wonderful attitude. She seated us immediately, we were a party of 2. My husband ordered the chicken tenders dinner with mac n cheese and fries. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Our food came out shortly, it was cooked perfectly, hot and delicious. To our surprise Nikita told us Johnathon was the fill in cook who normally is not. He did an outstanding job! Nikita provided excellent service as our waitress. It was actually a belated birthday dinner out and it did not disappoint. Restaurant was clean.

The salad bar was fabulous! Very fresh! The triple play was fantastic. The ribs were tender and chicken tenders were juicy... Triston was our server and she was wonderful! Our drinks were always full and she checked on us often. We will be coming back!

We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from the mountains. While we were seated quickly, that was the only positive aspect of our visit. We had to walk over to the bar to make our own drinks, and the manager seemed more interested in her phone than in helping customers. To make matters worse, we paid $60 for food that wasn't prepared correctly. Unfortunately, my wife got sick about five hours after eating here. I would not recommend this place at all. Meal type: Lunch.
