What j doesn't like about Starbucks:
I don't understand why there are so many people standing around not working while 1 person makes drinks and customers wait 15+ minutes for their drinks. Management needs to get this issue under control, it's unacceptable. View all feedback. What Katherin Huynh likes about Starbucks:
I was sad to see another chain coffee shop, especially since there were so many Starbucks in ROCKWALL. I am happy to see how this one is built. Great for studying!! Atmosphere is chill. Great options for indoor and outdoor studying. I don’t have to drive out far to find a study coffee shop. Staff are FRIENDLY AND AMAZING. View all feedback.

I always do a mobile order in case the line is long. My drink is always ready and tastes super fresh. Thank you Starbucks!

Incredibly slow service. People ahead of me got their drinks before I did. None of the staff seemed concerned with efficiency at all.
