Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Rockwall

I’m giving a 5-star rating to the manager because my fiancé's order was completely wrong. When she called to speak with Monique, the manager, she was incredibly kind. Since we were in a semi-truck and unable to pick up the missing items, Monique went above and beyond by driving her personal car to deliver a brand new order to us. She also gave us coupons for our next visit, desserts, and extra drinks. Monique was AMAZING!

The food was delicious, and they currently have an amazing deal. We went for their Family Pack special, which includes 1 lb of brisket, 1 lb of pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, six rolls, and their fantastic sauce. Everything was beautifully packaged. The meat was not only flavorful but also generous—each portion was slightly over 1 lb, just as promised. The rolls were fresh and hot, along with everything else. Check out the pictures of our meal; they delivered it to our car in two bags! Overall, we are really happy with this experience—great job, everyone!
