Chick-fil-a - Rockwall

Better management of traffic flow. My drive thru order took 27 minutes.

The manager at this Chick-fil-A doesn't act like a Chick-fil-A employee. She is rude and yells at her staff. We went in on 4/11/24 for my kids birthday dinner and while seated the lady in the lobby was so sweet and kind and helped with anything we needed. My husband asked if he could swap drinks because the tea didn't taste right. When she went to switch it out for him she told the manager Karen what he said and she started yelling at the poor woman loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. I will not be bringing my family back to this location we will go to the one on Goliad.

I love Chick-fil-A but I don't like this restaurant because it has bad service, at least at the time I shop, which is usually between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. You order sauces or some type of condiment, they completely forget about it. aside from that, there is a manager who is always very sarcastic and has a bad attitude when you go to ask for her help. I asked her for two sauces because on the screen it said she had only put one, she started having a tone and i told her okay its fine im just making sure and she kept going on with the sarcasm. this happens every time. i always ask because they always forget.

My granddaughter got a free meal here for being a A honor Roll student so proud of her. Good job honey Pooh ?? customers service was awesome and polite
