Charlie's Burgers And Street Tacos

I ordered the quail taco, which was topped with a perfectly seasoned sweet onion slaw. I asked for Frank's hot sauce because I was in the mood for something spicy, and it was absolutely delicious! The chips and salsa were also great. I also tried the brisket burger, which was exceptionally tasty, and paired it with a glass of red Pinot Noir. I even got to sample an IPA beer. Overall, a fantastic meal!

We absolutely LOVED this burger and taco spot! The shrimp taco was one of my favorites, and the elote was fantastic. My husband ordered the burger along with the hot fries, and when they say "hot," they really mean it! The beer selection was excellent, and the server at the bar exceeded our expectations.

Everything was fantastic! I tried the turkey burger, pulled pork tacos, and s'mores cheesecake, and they were all incredible.

Okay! Well I'm just stumped. So far downtown Rockwall has been top notch for food. Bin 303, Wells Cattle, Zanata, and now Charlie's are amazing. What makes Charlies unique is definitely their style of cooking. You can see and taste some of the Latininspired ingredients in some of their items. I got the Charlie's Burger and I have to say that their sun dried tomatoes wereawesome. It was a great compliment to their burger and can only say that it was a tad too sweet but it hardly impacted theoverall taste of their burger. If you are looking for a burger and beer place look no further than Charlie's. I do alsorecommend tasting Bin 303 and Wells Cattle as each have their own unique taste.

I was blown away. The burger was perfectly done, fries were crispy and the Santa Fe seasoning added just enough heat and salt to my taste. I've been driving by this place for a couple years, but never had a chance to sit down to eat until today. Itwon't be the last.
