What Karina Kuhn doesn't like about 7-eleven:
This 7 Eleven was the most beautiful one I've ever seen. However, the restroom was out of order and the other one was lacking soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The roller grill was empty by 1 o'clock and the two women working there were just talking. Overall, this was the worst 7 Eleven location I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if I could. New location! Very clean, nice location, and friendly staff.
The cashier answered her persony cell phone while I was trying to talk to her about a problem that occured with the app. Very rude and I walked out!
Gas buyer beware. I filled up my Acura tonight and had roughly 2 gallons until empty. It took 20.49 gallons to fill it. The funny thing is my tank only holds 18.50 gallons. We called the location to let them know they might need to recalibrate their tanks. The manager said we were never there and didnt see a charge on a credit card matching my last 4 s. This is my neighborhood gas station and just wanted to do a courtesy call, and but after getting hung up on I think I might call the dept of agriculture to file a complaint. We didnt want anything in return just to let them know there could be an issue. Bad way to conduct business in Rockwall where you never know who was on the phone trying to do a a courtesy for your business and the other unsuspecting residents.
Just a quick stop for an Icee snack. There was easy parking, polite cashier gas available with a minimal wait. Good experience
